We love our work and this piece of land of ours. We have been preserving it since 1920, when our great-grandparents, Francesco and Angela, chose to throw themselves into a new business idea, transforming their lives and ours in the process. They knew that what they had begun would needed care, dedication and time. Santa Maria del Cardo extra virgin olive oils are the result of this history, of the traditions handed down, of patient and daily work. Since then, many things have changed: the people, the technology we use, the rules under which we do business and farm, but the enthusiasm and passion with which we follow our projects have remained unchanged.
